The chain loops itself, providing maximum flexibility, and fits seamlessly into your existing flow. Simplify your process and free up to your employees to focus on more productive tasks. Create flexible pathways up to 200' in length with 60" Radius Curves

Easy Flow System

Our track system is made of steel and UHMW material, in combination with a Pintle Chain along with a variable speed motor that loops itself. Create flexible paths with a standard 60" curving radius or straight runs.

Cart Pins

Our unique cart pins are designed to easily install on any of your existing carts. Guide and Tow Pins effectively integrate to the Easy Flow System for smooth transporting of carts. Ratcheting tips allow for easy manual advancement of the carts.

Gear Box

The .5 HP variable speed motor and gear box (Made in the USA with a Lifetime Lubricated Gear Box) delivers your carts throughout the process at a steady, customizable pace of up to 12' per minute.

GF2

GFC technology uses a mixture of fresh air and gas fuel to provide an oxygen rich atmosphere for better oxidation of the fuel and to generate the amount of “amplitude” power necessary to reach long distances with the effective infrared for curing application. The “pressure” design into the venture/injection system maintains the amplitude to allow the GFC products to have the necessary power of infrared distances from 6 to 8 feet. Determining the set up of GF2 Models depends on what type of product you are curing and the set-up of your facility. The curing footprint on GF2 Models are 4' x 8'.
